Terms & Conditions

1. Service Usage: Customers agree to use the Designocrat India Pvt Ltd.  services strictly for lawful purposes. Any misuse or illegal activity, including hosting illegal content, may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without notice.

2. Account Security: Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. The company will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access due to customer negligence.

3. Payment and Billing: All services are billed on a recurring basis, and payments must be made by the specified due date. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4. Data Backup: While we provide backup solutions, customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups. The company is not liable for data loss resulting from service outages or hardware failures.

5. Service Availability: The company strives to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen outages may occur, and the company will endeavor to notify customers in advance.

6. Resource Usage: Customers must adhere to the resource limits specified in their selected plan. Excessive usage that disrupts server performance may lead to temporary throttling or suspension of services.

7. Termination of Services: The company reserves the right to terminate services for any customer violating these terms or engaging in activities that may harm the company’s infrastructure or reputation.

8. Liability Limitation: The company’s liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the services is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the service during the preceding month. The company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Amendments to Terms: Designocrat India Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of services will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of INDIA. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra.
